(Stock code: 002058), A Chinese A-share listed company, strategically invested in NBUVTEK and became the second largest shareholder of the company.  
 
The founding team of the company has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of deep ultraviolet LED, and has been deeply engaged in the semiconductor and photoelectric fields since the establishment of the company, which has accumulated a solid foundation of technical research and development and outstanding technical innovation ability.  All the key members of the team graduated from world famous universities and have more than 100 authorized semiconductor-related patents.  
 
The company produces and provides sterilizing products from epitaxial, chip, LED, module to the application of the whole industry chain, and also provides global deep ultraviolet LED sterilizing solutions and customized services.  In the next 3-5 years, we will build an engineering technology research and development center and high-end manufacturing industrialization base in the field of deep ultraviolet sterilization, and take becoming a world-class leading enterprise in the field of sterilization as the vision of the company.
